1. What’s Tungsten Alloy Phone Vibrator?
Tungsten alloy phone vibrator is eccentric mass component installed in phone vibration motors, generating vibration force through rotary or reciprocating motion for calls, messages, alarms and haptic feedback. CTIA's tungsten alloy phone vibrator uses tungsten as the matrix with nickel, iron or copper as binder phases and is produced through powder metallurgy. Its high density, compact size and concentrated mass allow greater effective vibration mass within the limited internal space of phones.
