1. What's Tungsten Alloy Drone Counterweight?
Tungsten alloy drone counterweight is tungsten alloy mass-adjustment component installed on the drone body, arms, gimbals, payload mounting structures, or rotating components. It is mainly used to compensate for component weight, adjust the overall center of gravity, and correct the dynamic balance of rotating structures. CTIA's tungsten alloy drone counterweight features high density, compact size, high strength, dimensional stability, and flexible machining, and is mainly used for center-of-gravity adjustment, payload compensation, gimbal balancing, and dynamic balancing of rotating components.

2. Features of CTIA's Tungsten Alloy Drone Counterweight
(1) High Density, Compact Size: Density is approximately 16.5–18.8 g/cm³, allowing the required mass to fit into a smaller volume for installation inside the drone body, on arms, gimbals, and other space-limited locations.
(2) Flexible Mass Positioning, Easy Center-of-Gravity Adjustment: The mass, dimensions, and installation position can be adjusted according to the drone structure to compensate for weight differences caused by batteries, cameras, gimbals, and mission payloads, improving overall center-of-gravity distribution.
(3) High Strength, Suitable for Flight Vibration: Tensile strength typically reaches 700–1000 MPa, allowing the counterweight to withstand vibration and loads generated during drone takeoff, landing, hovering, and flight maneuvers.
(4) Dimensional Stability, Precise Assembly: Low thermal expansion results in small dimensional changes with temperature variations, helping maintain a stable fit between the counterweight and mounting structure.
(5) Selectable Magnetic Properties, Flexible Applications: W-Ni-Cu is non-magnetic and suitable for counterweight locations with magnetic-environment requirements, while W-Ni-Fe is suitable for general structural counterweights.
(6) Flexible Machining, Easy Installation: Counterweights can be machined into blocks, rods, discs, threaded parts, and other irregular structures according to installation space and fastening methods, meeting the assembly requirements of different drones.

3. Applications of CTIA's Tungsten Alloy Drone Counterweight
(1) Aerial Photography and Surveying Drones: Used in drones carrying cameras, LiDAR, surveying instruments, and other equipment to compensate for weight differences caused by payload changes.
(2) Industrial Inspection Drones: Used in power-line, pipeline, bridge, and other inspection drones to balance the weight distribution of inspection equipment, gimbals, and other onboard modules.
(3) Agricultural Spraying Drones: Used in agricultural drones to compensate for weight and adjust the center of gravity around components such as chemical tanks, spraying systems, and batteries.
(4) Military and Special-Purpose Drones: Used in drones carrying electro-optical, communication, reconnaissance, and other mission equipment to meet counterweight requirements for different payloads and structural layouts.
