1. What’s Tungsten Alloy Toy Counterweight?
Tungsten alloy toy counterweight is small mass-adjustment component for toys, typically comprising 90%–97% tungsten with nickel-iron or nickel-copper binder phases. CTIA's tungsten alloy toy counterweight combines high density, compact size, and concentrated mass, providing substantial counterweight mass within limited installation space to adjust toy center of gravity, optimize mass distribution, improve motion stability, and enhance handling feel.

2. Features of CTIA's Tungsten Alloy Toy Counterweight
(1) High Density and Compact Size: Tungsten alloy typically has density of 16.5–18.8 g/cm³, approximately twice that of steel and more than 1.5 times that of lead. At the same counterweight mass, it occupies less space and is suitable for confined positions such as model-car chassis, bodies, and bases.
(2) Concentrated Mass and Easy Center-of-Gravity Adjustment: The mass, dimensions, and mounting position can be adjusted to control internal mass distribution and center-of-gravity position, allowing the weighting configuration to be matched to different motion states such as sliding, rotation, and standing.
(3) High Strength and Dimensional Stability: Common W-Ni-Fe tungsten alloy has a tensile strength of approximately 550–980 MPa and hardness of approximately 24–35 HRC, together with good wear resistance that helps reduce wear and dimensional changes during toy operation, impacts, and repeated assembly.
(4) Material Options and Application Flexibility: W-Ni-Fe offers good strength and hardness for conventional counterweight structures, while W-Ni-Cu is non-magnetic and suitable for toys with magnetic requirements. The alloy system can be selected based on structural and magnetic requirements.
(5) Versatile Shapes and Flexible Machining: Can be machined into discs, cylinders, balls, blocks, rods, and irregular structures, with drilling, slotting, chamfering, turning, milling, and grinding available to accommodate different mounting methods and structural spaces.
(6) Lead-Free and Environmentally Safe: The material is lead-free and contains no harmful substances, meeting applicable toy safety and environmental requirements.

3. Applications of CTIA's Tungsten Alloy Toy Counterweight
(1) Model Racing and Sliding Cars: Used in Pinewood Derby cars, track model cars, and other model vehicles to adjust front-to-rear mass distribution, improve center-of-gravity position, and enhance sliding stability.
(2) Remote-Controlled Toys: Used in remote-controlled cars, remote-controlled aircraft, model boats, and other remote-controlled products to adjust internal mass distribution and improve motion balance and handling characteristics.
(3) Balance and Educational Toys: Used in roly-poly toys, balancing blocks, center-of-gravity experiment models, and educational models to achieve the required balance state by positioning counterweights at different locations.
(4) Dolls and Figure Toys: Used inside dolls, figures, and simulation models by adding mass to the bottom or other designated areas to improve standing stability or achieve specific poses.
(5) Rotational and Motion Toys: Used in spinning tops, rotating models, and other motion toys to change mass distribution and moment of inertia by adjusting counterweight mass and position.
(6) DIY and Customized Models: Used to provide counterweights in different dimensions, shapes, and weights according to model installation space, target weight, and center-of-gravity requirements, supporting model modification and structural optimization.
